We're looking for a talented Insurance Sales Executive to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of selling personal lines insurance products.

The Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in the company's Dublin office, as the Insurance Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for selling personal lines insurance products and providing excellent customer service at all times.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Ensuring the interests of clients and the integrity of the market is at the centre of the way you do business

- Identifying the needs and objectives of the client and providing the best advices based on information gathered

- Liaising with clients via phone, email, web chat and face-to-face

- Managing the sales process for all new prospects

- Contacting prospective customers to discuss their requirements

- Achieving monthly sales targets

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Insurance Sales Executive role will have relevant experience of selling personal lines insurance products.

You'll also need experience of cross-selling and negotiation as well as clear and accurate advice to customers.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- The ability to work effectively under pressure and hit targets

- Excellent attention to detail

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

The Package:

Basic salary: Up to €32,000 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to €20,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
