We're looking for a talented Customer Service Executive to work for our client.

The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and based in the company's Caerphilly office, as the Customer Service Executive you will be primarily responsible for providing support and advice to customers and Insurance Brokers over the phone or by email.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Processing new business documents
- Processing mid-term adjustments and providing Administrative Support to the underwriting team
- Data Entry as well as maintaining MIB database
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients broker partners

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Executive role will have relevant experience of customer service.
You'll also need experience of business administration.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of dealing with customers either face-to-face or by telephone.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Strong interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £21,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £2,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
