We're looking for a talented Commercial Account Executive to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of commercial lines insurance products.

The Role:
In the Commercial Account Executive role you'll be primarily responsible for ensuring the retention of existing business in relation to commercial insurance, whilst ensuring full FCA compliance.
You'll report to the Commercial Director in the company's Bexhill office.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Creating strategies to successfully retain existing business
- Building and maintaining new and existing relationships
- Growing a successful book of commercial business organically

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Account Executive role will have a proven track record in commercial insurance with the ability to generate revenue for the business and ensure a quality service is provided to all clients in accordance with their needs and requirements.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of a commercial environment and be able to deliver on agreed performance objectives and targets.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Cert cii qualified or working towards the qualification
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Confident, able to communicate clearly and effectively with operational colleagues

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus is also available if you hit your targets - full details of the scheme will be revealed on application
