We're looking for a talented Commercial Claims Team Leader to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of commercial claims handling.

The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager and based in the company's Maidstone office, as the Commercial Claims Team Leader you will be primarily responsible for the smooth running of the claims team. With responsibility for Team Members within your team on HR matters, training and development. Providing a claims service to elite client accounts and achieving company targets in-line with agreed SLA's.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Advising and updating your clients on all relevant event and discussions during the claims process
- Regularly assessing the status of claims with clients, insurers, recovery agents and solicitors to ensure that all parties are informed of progress or chased for updates where necessary
- Running claims efficiently and keeping systems updated with all relevant information
- 1-1's and appraisals/probation reviews for Team Members
- Developing training programs to increase team knowledge and functionality
- Updating insurers, informing them of any additional information aquired during the claims process

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Claims Team Leader role will have relevant experience of commercial claims handling.
You'll also need experience of relationship management and working within a fast paced environment.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- People management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
