Hybrid Role - 3 x days working from home

We're looking for a talented Business Development Executive to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of relationship management.

The Role:

In the Business Development Executive role you'll be primarily responsible for prospecting and generating new insurance leads for the new business team.

You'll report to the Sales Manager and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Hove office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Creating quote appointments for the new business team

- Meeting and exceeding a monthly sales target

- Managing your own prospects and developing them into quality sales appointments

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Business Development Executive role will have relevant experience of relationship management.

You'll also need experience of meeting sales targets in a fast paced environment.

Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of sales prospecting.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Good interpersonal skills

- The ability to communicate effectively via email or telephone

- Excellent negotiation skills

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Self starter, overused phrase but demonstrate a 'can do' and resourceful attitude

- A strong team player

- Driven, looking for consistently better and more productive ways of working

The Package:

Basic salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £12,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
