We're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to work for our client.

The Role:
The Business Development Manager role is home-based. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be primarily responsible for prospecting, developing and ultimately winning quality new business and customers for the firm in line with agreed objectives whilst working to improve the firms market position and achieve financial growth.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Taking a proactive role identifying and approaching customers to promote the company's financing products and services
- Building key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to promote business and identify further opportunities to cross sell other group products
- Using multiple sales approaches to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager role will have relevant experience of asset finance sales.
You'll also need experience of calculating the mechanics of an asset finance deal.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of vehicle or capital equipment sales.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Excellent communication skills in order to implement and achieve business objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and encourage others
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- A leader, keen to drive revenue growth and seek out new opportunities

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £50,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
