We're looking for a talented Group Risk Administrator to work for our client.

The Role:
In the Group Risk Administrator role you'll be primarily responsible for servicing and renewing all new and existing group risk policies in a timely and professional manner, including the distribution of renewal documentation, chasing payments, general administration, confirming and tracking underwriting requirements whilst supporting a high performing team of group Risk Consultants.
You'll report to the Head of Group Risk and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's London office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- The smooth running and timely renewal/rate review of the firms group risk clients through clear communication and information gathering with/from clients, insurers and any other relevant parties
- Managing and maintaining a medical underwriting database for clients and updating clients on a regular basis as required
- Updating and managing diary systems to ensure appropriate follow-up of actions required for policy maintenance and renewal processing
- Ensuring that any renewal, administration, report, claims or policy queries are raised with relevant group risk colleagues in a timely manner and follow-up of actions as required
- Assisting the team with new business proposals, quote results and collations and any reports as required by the group risk team
- Ensuring insurer accounts are accurate, dispatched to clients for timely payment and followed up on

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Group Risk Administrator role will have relevant experience of working within a fast paced environment.
You'll also need experience of excel and Microsoft office as well as group risk and employee benefits.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Organised and have a methodical approach to work and problem solving
