The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and based in the company's Northampton office, as the Customer Service Consultant you will be primarily responsible for handling calls from policy holders, carry out mid term adjustments, preparing policies for renewal, and assisting them with the day-today insurance enquiries and providing friendly and informative advice.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Handling initial enquiries from clients in relation to claims
- Preparing renewals in a timely fashion
- Maintaining an excellent standard of customer service

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Consultant role will have relevant experience of the insurance market.
You'll also need experience of customer service and renewals.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good understanding of the insurance industry
- Good numeracy skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Familiar with personal lines or commercial insurance products
- Able to work well within a team
- Able to handle complaints

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Overtime: Up to £1,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £2,500 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
