Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Tamworth

Salary Guide: £23-24,000 + Personal Bonus + Benefits

Working Pattern: Monday -Friday role with one Saturday morning shift per month

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a high level of support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing information and advice on our products and services
• Promoting our products and services to new and existing customers
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Other administrative tasks

Skills and experience required:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (all via phone)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
• IT proficiency
