We're looking for a talented IFA Administrator to work for our client.

The Role:
Reporting to the Head Of Paraplanning and based in the company's Bristol office, as the IFA Administrator you will be primarily responsible for providing support to a high performing team of financial advisors and in conjunction with the paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to the firm’s clients.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Deal with administration requirements and new prospect enquiries received for the clients of your affiliated Advisers
- Liaise with your affiliated Advisers to discuss workloads and case priorities
- Review meeting notes provided by affiliated advisors and create relevant tasks on the system.
- Produce/issue letters of authority and deal with any other administration requirements arising from client meetings, including chasing requested information and completing policy information sheet
- Prepare clients annual reviews and valuations for your affiliated Advisers as requested
- Process all new business for your affiliated Advisers individual and corporate clients

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this IFA Administrator role will have relevant experience of the financial services industry.
You'll also need experience of investment platforms and office administration.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
