Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team at our Start-up Fintech client (2021). As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve various aspects of our business, such as customer experience, product development, and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with data manipulation, visualization, and machine learning libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, and scikit-learn
• Experience with SQL and database management systems
• Experience with data analysis, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Experience in the financial industry
