The Role:
As the Project Manager you'll report to the General Manager and will be primarily responsible for overseeing all fabrication project delivery activities as part of of a wider leadership team.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Drive project performance leading to increased client engagement and satisfaction
- Monitoring the work of employees and provide feedback to the management team to improve efficiencies
- Conducting initial inspections and visits to site

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Project Manager role will have relevant experience of managing and coordinate project team activities to ensure team is working towards common goal.
You'll also need experience of managing relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful completion of projects.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of coordinating with functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Knowledge of fabrication processes
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and hit deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Overtime: You'll also have the opportunity to earn overtime in this role
