We're looking for a talented Claims Advisor to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of personal lines insurance products.

The Role:

Reporting to the Claims Manager and based in the company's Northampton office, as the Claims Advisor you will be primarily responsible for assisting clients by supporting them through the claims process. You will monitor the progress of their claims and will liaise with our clients insurer partners and Claims Handlers to ensure our customers consistently receive great service.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Acting as a liaison for customers and insurers

- Providing excellent customers service in a timely fashion to meet pre-agreed SLA's

- Building and developing long lasting relationships with insurers

- Regularly updating and maintaining records on our clients in-house systems

- Working within the fca rules and guidelines as interpreted by the groups compliance policies and processes, particularly on treating customers fairly

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Claims Advisor role will have relevant experience of personal lines insurance products.

You'll also need experience of relationship management and customer service.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Strong and effective communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment

- A strong communicator

- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
