Job Title: Customer Services Executive / Advisor

Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor / Executive to join our client's team and provide excellent customer service to their clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of invoice finance, business financing solutions or relevent financial servvices experience, and will be able to provide a high level of customer support. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be motivated to learn and develop their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Answer customer questions about invoice finance and business financing solutions
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Build relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of invoice finance and business financing solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to learn and develop skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
