We're looking for a talented Personal Lines Broker to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of personal lines insurance products.

The Role:
In the Personal Lines Broker role you'll be primarily responsible for handling renewals, new business, mta's and queries in relation to personal lines products.
You'll report to the Personal Lines Manager and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Dublin office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Driving new business forward through qualified warm leads
- Processing mid-term adjustments within agreed SLA's
- Leading renewal retention for all classes of business
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Cross-selling and up-selling additional company products where possible

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Personal Lines Broker role will have relevant experience of personal lines insurance products.
You'll also need experience of motor, household, legal expenses and travel products as well as dealing with insurers and key stakeholders.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- An APA qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
- Able to work on your own initiative

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £3,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
