He isn't always wearing a shirt! On the weekends, Nick likes to get out into the great outdoors, frequently found in the Lake District scaling the likes of Helvellyn, Coniston Old Man, and Scafell Pike.
Before making the transition into recruitment, Nick spent the majority of his career working in Sports Development and Education, particularly within Rugby League. This experience gave him the "confidence and resilience to meet the demands of a top recruiter."
If he isn't scaling a mountain or finding the best talent within his market, Nick will either be spending time with his family or supporting his beloved Salford Red Devils.
