This candidate has a vast range of experience within Design Engineer/Technician roles thought their career and over the last 4+ years have found themselves being immersed into the world of architectural aluminium products, specifically relating to the Fenestration and Facades industry. 

Within this current role, they're working closely with Research and Development teams, preparing both 2 and 3D models and drafting manufacture Die and detail drawings, manufacturing, assembly and disassembly drawings for mechanical parts, components and equipment to aid the R&D and Production Team.

During this time, there has been heavy involvement in the testing of these products which has meant working with external agencies across the UK & Europe in order to ensure that tests have been carried out and recorded effectively. 

As motivation for looking for a new role, this candidate wants to secure a position within the same industry that will allow a clear path for progression as they become an integral member of the team and business. Something in which is not being afforded to them within their current working environment.
