I am currently working exclusively with an impressive architectural façade contractor that is looking to add a Contracts Manager to its operational management team. Based in the North West, this business has been a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of architectural facades for the last 30 years.
In return for your expertise and outstanding knowledge of a variety of façade systems such as Rainscreen, Cladding, Brise Soleil, Solar shading etc. and your proven history of overseeing the delivery of a number of multi-million-pound projects simultaneously, you will receive a healthy remuneration package of between £60,000-£70,000 + package which includes, 29 days annual leave (bank holidays inclusive), pension & healthcare scheme.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be a key member of the management team and centric to the success of all live projects whilst closely aligned to this would be the development of your peers. Your key objective within this role would be the overall responsibility of the coordination, management and leadership of live external projects from POS to final account close on projects ranging from £200k - £3m. You will be challenged to deliver projects on time, below budget and with the highest quality and exceptional H&S standard.
