Currently currently seeking a role that will afford more long-term stability and opportunity to further develop his knowledge whilst also allowing for him to become an integral member of the department.
In his current role, there is a lack of direction in terms of the structure of the business and a lack of defined roles/responsibilities in the team which is affecting his happiness within the workplace.
This candidate has gained a good grounding of the building envelopes sector, specifically producing estimates on cladding projects with some well known sub contractors working on a range of cladding systems as well as ventilated systems.
