As you will probably know due to your previous experience within this role, this can be a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role where you will be involved in the processes of planning both live and tendered projects with a view to ensuring maximum efficiency to the delivery of each contract. You will possess great character with the ability to nurture and maintain healthy relationships with Main Contractors and Suppliers in order to coordinate the logistics, sequence of works, and materials to each programme. You will also be a point of contact in both the estimating & design departments.
