Health & Social Care Tutor

Depending where you are in the UK, if someone mentions Hospitality Apprenticeships to you then you'll probably think of HIT Training. Leisure, probably Lifetime. IT & Digital - QA Ltd, but when someone says Healthcare Apprenticeships, your answer will entirely depend on where you are based.

There isn't a universal leader who is known as the leading provider of healthcare apprenticeship delivery in the UK.

However, we are working with 2 providers who have their eyes on that prize. Already they are well known names, and they don't just focus on healthcare, but this is where they want to get to. To be known as the leading training provider of Healthcare apprenticeship programmes.

Due to growth already in 2021 we are looking for multiple health & Social care tutors across the whole of the UK, with a key focus on level 5 delivery. This will be mainly on the new level 5 standards, but for one of the roles you will have a mix of standards and frameworks. Probably the biggest indication on salary is around the standards and EPA - if you have experience on the new level 5 standards, and knowledge of mapping EPA pathways as this experience is in high demand we will be able to secure salaries at the top side of the above. if this isn't already in place we will be looking at slightly less salary with plenty of room to push this up over time.

The roles are remote at the moment for obvious reasons, but post lockdown they will include a blended delivery model. So we are looking for tutors in the geographical area so that you can get to your learners in their work place. It won't be an old style assessor role where you are spending 6 hours a day in the car, but you will have to be willing to visit the work place once we are allowed to do so.

The ITP are seen as one of the leading in employee welfare and satisfaction, so are a good employer on the market. They managed to ride out the pandemic with minimal discomfort to staff.

They are really looking to push forward in this field, and now is a good time to get involved.
