Position: Sales Executive Skills Coach
Market: Apprenticeships / Technical Sales
Location: Remote
Package: Circa £35,000 salary (this can be negotiable), £4,200 car allowance, plus 10% bonus (whole package £40k+)

Working with two of the leading training providers to deliver sales based Apprenticeships and training programmes, we're looking to add a further Skills Coach to each team, who can deliver on either the IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship, or the level 4 Sales Executive standards.
Although the business has an excellent track record of hiring people from the sales sector, and turning them in to educators. For this role, we are in need of someone who already has the experience delivering Sales related Apprenticeship programmes.

The employer, Both employers have a similar background when it comes to their journey in Apprenticeships. Both have a core specialism that has always been Sales focused. Although they are still relatively ‘new’ to the world of Apprenticeships (have been in the market 5+ years now), they have been a long standing business in Sales & Recruitment training.
One was recently they were acquired by a well known HR & Recruitment services giant, and what this means for you are some fantastic corporate benefits not often seen in the Further Education market – we have full documents on this, so please ask.
The other, is internationally recognised when it comes to Sales & management training, and have invested heavily in the UK apprenticeship market.

So what do you need?
The key thing we need, is for you to already be working in the Apprenticeship space, with the knowledge of how to engage and support learners through their apprenticeship programme - and to be delivering a Sales focused standard. If you already deliver the IT tech Sales, then brilliant, but if you have delivered Sales Exec, and have the technical knowledge to adapt to the Level 4 programme, then we'd love to hear from you.

We are also open to Skills Coaches who may come from a sales focused background but have delivered programmes such as recruitment or retail level 4, as some modules are similar and can be trained.
