We're looking for a Skills Coach who can deliver on the new Level 5 Coaching professional Standard (this will be your main focus) as well as deliver on the Leadership & Management programmes. We have worked with this provider for a number of years now, and one of their biggest attributes as an employer is their staff retention - people tend to stay!
So why should you consider this employer?
You’ll be working with a training provider who have been on the market for 20+ years. They operate across Apprenticeships, Employability and AEB - all of which has helped them become a very stable and secure employer. Although they have grown more recently, they have never expanded or reduced headcount drastically, even during Covid, making job security a real focus for them as a business.
Specifically on Apprenticeships, since Covid they have adapted their delivery model on some programmes to remote learning, which has allowed them to grow and become a national provider, where as before they focused on delivering across the midlands.
So more on the role …
You will be joining an existing team that are spread across the UK delivering a range of professional services programmes. They recently launched the new Coaching Professional standard, and already have a team of 2 delivering this programme of which you will join. On this, you'll work collaboratively to ensure the programme/curriculum is fit for purpose and making improvements as you progress or work with different clients.
On top of the coaching professional, you'll ideally deliver the Level 5 ODM standard, which will be a second focus in the role. In total, you'll work with a caseload of circa 35, max 40 learners - they try to keep it below this in order for you to maintain quality and time with your learners.
It's a provider that are really moving in the right direction with their apprenticeship programmes, often coming in the top 5 recommended providers in the UK for a few of the programmes.
Collaborative working and team play is at the heart of their business, and they go the extra mile to make sure new comers feel a part of the team and settle in well.
