Digital Marketing Coaching roles seem to be back in demand again, which is a refreshing sight considering the attention all the other tech programmes have received of late.
To keep this page relatively concise, I'll give a snapshot of the roles we are currently working on below. Please do get in touch if you want more detail on any of them, and if they all take your fancy, then great - more than happy to get you in front of multiple providers so you can get pick of the bunch.
Digital Marketing Skills Coach 1
A great smaller provider based in theMidlands, who's apprenticeship programmes have grown considerably in recent years. Pre Covid they were more local to the midlands, but now are certainly a 'national' apprenticeship provider.
They deliver both the Level 3 (mix of DM as it closes down, and new learners will be on MCM) and the Level 4 Marketing Executive standard. They also deliver on a small digital bootcamp contract if you fancied turning your hand to this. It will be a combined role of coaching & training (although any skills gaps you have, I.e. coding, can be supported with the other tutor)
Fully remote delivery, with a caseload of circa 30 learners.
£38k salary, 23 days holidays, travel to HQ in East Mids max once a month, but normally every other month.
Digital Marketing Skills Coach 2
This provider are going to see serious growth within the Digital & tech space over the coming years. Already very well established in professional services market, although they've delivered Digital Marketing for a while, they have spent the last 2 years developing standards across ICT, Software, and Data where they forecast significant growth.
Again, you'll come in looking after circa 15 learners who are already on DM L3, and new learners will be on the Multi Channel Marketer standard. This has already been built and ready for delivery. Typically they split the deliver model with a Coach and Trainer, but if you can deliver both sides this would be great for the short term as they ease in the MCM programme, and then it will split again in future. With it being a dual role to start, your caseloads will be lower at circa 30.
A very attractive package on offer here:
Salary of £34-36k, plus a £4.2k car allowance added on top of your salary, plus 10% bonus paid quarterly. So whole financial package will be over £40k.
on top of this, they have one of the best benefits packages I've seen on the market - 25 days hols as standard, but can buy more, and this increases over time. healthcare, dental, life assurance etc. We have a 3 page document with everything on which we can send over upon conversation.
