Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Tutor

Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Tutor
Home based - Multiple roles across the country
£30,000 - £32,000

Between now and August 2024, we are looking for up to 5 Apprenticeship Tutors who can deliver on the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standards. Specifically you’ll be delivering the level 2 and 3 programmes, therefore will need to be competent and qualified in this area.

The provider are a national player, who have been in action for nearly 20 years. Over the past few years they have been consistently in the Top 5 Apprentieship Training providers. Their focus and longer term goal now is to be the UK's leading provider for Teaching and Early Years apprenticeship programmes - something they are well on the way to achieving. They work with education institues from top to bottom of the UK, and by top, I mean as high as the Isle of Sheppey (don't worry, we don't need anyone that high up for these ones)

Their focus on early years and teaching apprenticeships, as their main client base is local authorities and academy trust in which they have built solid relationships with all over the UK.
You’ll see already that they offer a market leading salary for this type of role, with 25 days holiday plus the BHs, 45p per mile, good pension, and CPD opportunities.

They offer a very autonomous working environment within the business, so are looking for self sufficient individuals to join their team. They have a good support network within the business, and team members always available to support and work together. Resources and course material are all prepared and ready on the portfolio system, but they are always open to new ideas and ways of improving this, so actively encourage staff to speak up and get involved in this area.

The role is home based role, with a predominantly remote delivery model. However, they do still offer work place visits as an option, so you will still find some travel in the role. This will be roughly once a week, maybe less, and your caseload will be designed around your location so to minimise any travel.

You will deliver both individual and group sessions to your learners undertaking the Apprenticeship programmes, along with all the other typical tasks of the role – manage progress, utilise the e-portfolio system, work with the employers, timely completions etc.

This is a great role on the market, a great salary, and an ever improving & growing training provider.
