Blended learning - home based with Work place visits - A chunk of your cohort will be based in Elmesmere Port, and rest will be located around the Southern part of the North West
We're looking for an experienced Apprenticeship skills coach, who can deliver across the Warehouse and Logistics standards. The provider is a midlands based training company who we've worked with for a number of years with great success.
They can boast very strong staff retention rates - mainly down to the culture and togetherness of the business - security, working across multiple funded programmes from Apprenticeships, to Adult education keeps the business very stable. And growth in recent years, especially on their Apprenticeship side of the business.
We're quite open on what programmes you can deliver, as this role is due to growth and they can re-jig caseloads to fit you coming in to the business. I'll highlight below, the programmes they deliver in this area:
However, the Warehousing programmes are the key one for this role, and you can either fill out your caseload with one of the others above, or a selection of the Business Services programmes (Business Admin, Customer service etc)
We are happy to bring someone in who can cover the Warehouse & supply chain programmes at level 2 and 3, where the salary will be circa £30k. But we can also bring someone in who can cover the higher level programmes in this region in which case the package will be circa £35k.
For them, it's more about getting the right person in to the team.
With these programmes, there's a blended delivery model in place. So you will be home based, but have work place visits to attend across the Southern part of the North West Region. So providing you can access Elmesmere Port (key area) and Cheshire, your location isn't an issue. You also get autonomy on your diary so can plan in your visits.
