Data Analyst Apprenticeship coaches - such an in demand role since the introduction of Data programmes and how steeply they have taken off with providers delivering in line with employers requirements for this skill set.

We are looking for both Qualified and unqualified trainers and coaches. By unqualified, I mean if you've been in Data lead roles and fancy becoming a trainer, but don't have any coaching or training experience. If this is you, skip down a little bit where I go in to more detail on what this can offer you.

For qualified Apprenticeship Coaches, let's be frank - you know the role. This one is that of a Skills Coach, so you will be supporting your learners with their portfolios, and making sure they are ready for EPA at the end of their learner journey. You will have a separate Trainer who does all the knowledge modules and you will ensure this knowledge has been taken onboard and is being applied in the work place.

Currently we have 2x Data Skills Coach roles, covering the Data Tech L3 and Data Analyst L4 programmes.
Both Remote, both offering £50-55k

One is purely coaching, and the provider still prefer to hire a high level of data knowledge.
The other, is more coaching focused, but if you can deliver the training as well then even better. However, their remit is more focused on finding a strong Apprenticeship educator. Someone who can confidently guide learners through their learning.
