Depending where you are in the UK, if someone mentions Hospitality Apprenticeships to you then you'll probably think of HIT Training. Leisure, probably Lifetime. IT & Digital - QA Ltd, but when someone says Healthcare Apprenticeships, your answer will entirely depend on where you are based.
There isn't a universal leader who is known as the leading provider of healthcare apprenticeship delivery in the UK.
This is the ambition of this particular provider. Already a well known name, and they don't just focus on healthcare, but this is where they want to get to. To be known as the leading training provider of Healthcare apprenticeship programmes.
Due to a very strong 2021, we are looking for multiple health & Social care tutors across the UK, who can deliver on the level 5 Apprenticeship standards, as 2022 shows no signs of slowing down for this provider.
The roles are remote at the moment for obvious reasons, but post lockdown, they will include a blended delivery model. So we are looking for tutors in the geographical area so that you can get to your learners in their work place. It won't be an old style assessor role where you are spending 6 hours a day in the car, but you will have to be willing to visit the work place once we are allowed to do so.
The ITP are seen as one of the leading in employee welfare and satisfaction, so are a good employer on the market. They managed to ride out the pandemic with minimal discomfort to staff.
They are really looking to push forward in this field, and now is a good time to get involved.
Quite simply, there are a few requirements - you'll need to be currently (or recently) doing the same job at another provider or college. We need you to be up to speed and confident on the current Apprenticeship standards at level 3 and 5 in Health & Social care. As such you'll hold a teaching and/or assessing qualification.
