Hospitlaity / Management Skills Coach
Hybrid - blended learning, so you can be based anywhere, but with access to London.
Package - £35k salary, plus £4.2k car allowance

We've worked with this client for nearly 5 years, and have supported their growth where they've doubled in size since Covid. Genuinly a great provider - they aren't a traditional ITP, and have a real ability to provide programmes suited to each individual client that they work with. They are also a great employer - staff turnover is very low, with the average tenure here being circa 4 years. This is because they look after you, you're not stretched to an inch of your life, and as you're about to read, have an interesting range of clients that they deliver to.

For this role, we're looking for someone with experience in either, Leadership & Management Apprenticeships, or experience in delivering the Hospitality Manager programme. We're open to either, the hospitality expericne isn't essential, as you'll be delivering Level 3, 4, and 5 management apprenticeships, just mainly in a hospitality setting.
So here's the main attraction, your cohort will mainly be built of learners who are being developed to be future leaders at high end hotels like the Ritz, the Nobu, and the Langham (not a full list, but gives you an idea). The provider are still proud that they offer blended learning, and not a fully remote option - it just works for them and their clients. Plus, it's not bad to go in to some of these workplaces - so, as long as you can access London 2-3 times a week, your location doesn't really matter.
The rest of the time, you'll be working remotely.

These guys aren't rigid in the way they work, if you want to come in and slot in to a coaching role, then great, but if you want to get involved in curriculum, quality, client relations - you'll be given the chance.
One thing that they hold very close in terms of values is genuine upskilling. So, they will always provide opportunities for you to progress, whether that's go from level 5 up to 7, perhaps do your IQA or next level in teaching & training, they will support you.

Generally, the direction of this business is growth. Their core focus has always been Management and Leadership across different sectors, and they have recently introduced new programmes up to level 7. It's a great time, to join a great business.
