Over the last 15 years, I have worked with a wide variety of tech and cyber clients, building mutual long-term goals and relationships and helping businesses to attract and retain specialist talent. As a diversity ambassador, I can help you to develop hiring campaigns that focus on skills, focus on ex-military hires, or help you to attract a wider candidate pool to cultivate stronger diversity of thought for your business. I have helped create hiring campaigns for Women in Cyber, Returner Programmes, and Ex-Military initiatives previously.
So who am I? Having worked for 1 business for the past 15 years (TUPE), I wanted to take the leap to join Honeypot right at the start of their recruitment journey. (Timing is everything no??) As a working parent, with a baby born at the start of the pandemic and a 5-year-old at home being homeschooled, I know how to juggle like the best of them. I pride myself on being honest, which sometimes means that I have to ask my clients and candidates tough questions, but that’s how relationships become truly reciprocal. I look to become a true partner with my clients and candidates and therefore strive to not only resolve your recruitment and career challenges but to safeguard your interests and deliver solutions while doing so.
