Customer Solutions Consultant / Technical Account Manager - Remote (within the UK)

My client provides cybersecurity software for critical national infrastructure. They are a company of 40 (and growing) who love to deliver cyber security solutions into challenging environments.

What will your role be?

You will be responsible for supporting the sales process, managing the client relationships and delivering the technology to customers. You will deliver the design and configuration of customer solutions, deliver solution designs specific to customer needs, and analyse the customer's existing networks to find opportunities to improve their cyber security and monitoring.

Languages Python, Rust, SQL, Ansible

Tools: MySQL, RabbitMQ, GCP, Kunernetes, InfluxDB, Tableau, Datadog, Sentry

Other Technologies, Linux, IP-based Networking, OpenEmbedded/Yocto

Who are we looking for?

Essential

4 + years experience with Linux and IP-based networking

Strong skills with Python, Bash, Ansible and / or Rust

Strong customer focus

This is a permanent role, working remotely, with team get togethers once a quarter. The salary on offer is dependent on experience - guide of £45,000 - £70,000 plus good benefits, including share options.
