Cyber Security Delivery Consultant / Cyber Security Manager - London / Hybrid

My consultancy client has some ambitious growth plans for their UK office, and is offering a truly global practice. These consulting roles will sit in cyber security or digital consulting, dependent on project background, helping a variety of clients, but especially financial services, with critical business and technology transformations.

The core areas of expertise include Cybersecurity, Operational Resilience, Cloud and Infrastructure, Digital Workplace and Next Generation IT.

You will assume project-critical responsibilities, develop strategic recommendations and guidance, and ensure the highest quality service for our clients. The projects can cover aspects of the full lifecycle from assessment and strategy development, through sourcing, implementation, assurance and optimisation.

For roles at all grades we are looking for

• Solid foundations in consulting skills with 2-10 years’ experience in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (IT, management or equivalent system integrator)
• Ability to demonstrate autonomy, high-quality deliverables, strong attention to detail and great communication skills
• Proactive, passionate and team-minded individual who wants to participate in shaping the future of the business by getting involved in business development, marketing, training and other internal activities
• Consulting experience in one or more of the following:
  • Cyber Security - Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Resilience, Identity & Access Management
  • Digital workplace – strategy, user adoption, change management, device management and sustainability topics
  • Cloud and Infrastructure – Cloud adoption, infrastructure optimisation and operations transformation
  • Next Generation Networks – Software defined WAN, unified comms, contact centre technology, management and automation

For manager roles we would be looking for experience in leading, managing and mentoring junior team members (at least managed a team of 3+)

The business grades based on experience are

Consultant - 1 years consultancy experience or project delivery £40,000 - £45,000 + £2k bonus

Senior Consultant - 2 years - 4 years consultancy experience £45,000 - £57,000 + 12.5% bonus

Manager - 5 years consultancy experience, plus team lead experience. £58,000 - £75,000 + 15% bonus
