IAM Operations Manager - Remote with Travel as needed

My client is a growing cybersecurity consultancy that is looking to hire an IAM Operations Manager. You will be joining a passionate team that enjoy embedded best practises for GRC, cyber security and risk management.

About you

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in running a managed service or support function
• Able to manage an ops team both onshore/offshore-currently 15+ people
• Familiar with IAM/PAM tools, such as SailPoint/CyberArk
• Will be customer-facing as will be leading the managed service provision
• We are looking for someone to help grow the managed service provision in IAM, so plenty of room for progression - You will provide a strategy and plan for how you would achieve this
• Must be able to create, policies, procedures, SOPs, etc. to integrate service with the client
• Must have experience working with providing services to large global clients (FTSE 250 size)
• Will be required to manage SLAs, targets, response times, reporting, and issues with multiple customers.
• Develop, Maintain & Execute a strategy and plan for growing the service
• Excellent communication and soft skills

Salary on offer is up to £85K DOE, fully remote working.
