Having started his career in IT, this candidate has worked for the last 7 years within the Security function of a small telecoms provider. He works within the SecOps team, but as the security team is a small team across the business this can include everything from defining security policies, security investigations, security engineering and managing data privacy.
He is keen to develop his skillset, particularly into pen testing and vulnerability management, and is happy to work as a technical engineer and solve any security problems. Known as a security fixer, he is happy to learn in the role and is an expert troubleshooter.
He has worked remotely for the last 7 years, although is happy to be in an office for all hands meetings.
