Interim Trainer/Consultant - Contract management - UK&I -Remote
CM Partners UK&I are seeking a Interim Trainer/Consultant specialising in Contract Management to join the team and work on a broad range of projects across a number of Industry sectors.
As the Trainer and consultant you will provide thinking and implementation power to organisations to bring their contract management processes to the next maturity level.
You will roll out, train and educate individuals and organisations in CATS CM® the contract management methodology CM Partners Group developed over 15 years ago and is a Global Standard.
You will consult, balance processes, people and tooling to bring the best economic solution to the client. You will assist customers in making the right economical decision on strategic and tactical levels for their contract management.
Duties and Tasks will include:
Conduct training needs assessments for clients across, Software, Banking and the Public Sector.
Deliver online and physical training curriculums from Foundation to Expert with the CATS CM Methodology
Creating and develop training modules and case studies using real life cases
Developing a monitoring and evaluation framework to measure the efficiency of the training.
Professional certification/qualification in Procurement and Contract Management
At least 10 years of post-qualification experience directly relevant to contract management and procurement
At Least 5 years’ experience of conducting training in supply chain/ Procurement preferably with international experience
Be prepared to complete the full CATS CM® Methodology course to Practitioner level to become a Certified Trainer and Consultant.
