Its primary mission is to build an all-in-one platform to help companies and individuals manage their cars and fleet accounts simply and easy.They are now seeking a Inside Sales Team Leader to run and join the DACH team.
Tasks
- Be part of the recruitment process and onboarding for new team members
- Lead and guide a diverse team of SDRs for the DACH Market
- Guarantee the highest quality performance of the team by identifying learning opportunity areas
- Give and perform constant coaching and training
- Oversee day-to-day activity and performance of the team and ensuring KPIs
- Ensure product formation and true alignment with the value and business vision of the product
- Keep up the motivation and drive of the team
Requirements
- Solid experience in Inside Sales and/or Customer Success in the Saas field
- Fluent in German and English speaking
- Team management background whilst improving daily sales KPIs
- Sales-driven who has a proven outbound sales record
- Has great motivation of leading an amazing team
- Good organizational and communication skills
- A goal-oriented personality who thinks outside the box, the sky is the limit!
