RevOps - Revenue Operations Manager
£60k basic, £30k in bonuses
Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office - Manchester)
A SaaS businees in the LegalTech space and growing rapidly, 150 onboarded clients with a satisfaction rating on 4.7 / 5. Headquartered in Manchester, they operate globally and provide Legal workflow and AI solutions to customers including Huel, CastleRock, FIFA and many companies in the Tech/SaaS space.
As part of the next stage of their growth, they are looking to build a RevOps team (revenue operations) with this hire responsible for its' leadership, strategy and execution.
Hybrid role with 3 days per week in their Manchester city centre offices. You will be an experienced RevOps professional who has a track record in delivering sales analysis, process mapping and documentation as well as an understanding of the tools required to improve revenue delivery throughout sales and marketing teams.
Reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Officer, the role will include:
- devising corporate revenue strategies
- mapping out RevOps processes for Sales & Marketing teams
- Data Analysis to improve Lead generation
- Data Management and Governance
- Establish, developing and documenting sales processes and a playbook, at all levels
- Develop a process for 'customer journey'
- Review, selection and implementation of a best in class, sales tech' stack
To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following background:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a RevOps or Sales Operations role, ideally in a Technology, SaaS or IT Services business
- A strategic thinker, strong analytical skills, used to working with a variety of data sets
- Track record in delivering actionable insights for sales teams
- Strong understanding in CRM use, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement - both processes and technology - Hubspot and Gong user would be perfect!
- Must be able and willing to travel, time to time. Based in Greater Manchester.
