Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager - Cambridge

£50k - £60k pa salary plus benefits including bonuses, flexi-working and free parking

Opportunity to join an award winning, chartered surveying practice that have rapid expansion plans as well as an extensive pipeline of opportunities secured for the future. This business have a dynamic senior leadership team and have excelled in delivering new build and renovation projects for organisations in the healthcare, residential and hospitality sectors.

They have a dynamic and entrepeneurial leadership team who pride themselves on client care and delivery. They are looking to recruit the best Surveying talent in the Cambridge area and give them the opportunity to progress quicker than they may be able to in more established surveying practices.

This role is perfect for an experienced (3+ years, post chartered) Quantity Surveyor Project Manager, who is keen to fast-track their career to Associate within a short period of time.

You will be given an opportunity to create your own pathway within the business, able to develop your own client base with a performance related bonus scheme that will see you increase your overall earnings. You will also be supported through completion of RICS (or any similar industry specific qualifications) and all memberships fees to join your relevant professional body.

To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following:

- Based in proximity to Cambridge, able to attend the office regularly. You should hold a UK driving licence and have a vehicle, in order to attend client sites.

- 3+ years experience as a post chartered status, Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager. Could previously had experience as Employers Agent, QS, PM or Cost Manager.

- RICS accredited Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. MRICS is advantageous

- Experience with clients in Residential, Healthcare or Hospitality sectors is advantageious

- Outgoing and friendly demeanour - comfortable working as part of a team. Naturally inquisitive, problem solver, ambitious, professional and customer centric.
