TechBuildr has partnered with a Series A funded, award-winning, fast-growing SaaS scale-up in Manchester. They have a great culture and some fantastic clients, including Revolut, Miami Heat, Everton FC and University of Bristol.

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an ambitious and determined Sales Development Representative to join their highly motivated and results-driven sales team, based out of their Manchester HQ. The roles comes with tailored mentoring and development from their VP of Business Development, as well as fantastic opportunities to progress your career.

The ideal candidate for this roles is passionate about solving problems through technology and software. You will work in close partnership with an Account Executive, learning about the outbound sales process from start to finish. You should have good research skills, an excellent telephone manner, negotiation skills, resilience, attention to detail and determination to win.

The aim of the role is to build a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline. Using your sound knowledge of the company and their business offering, you will research potential sales opportunities, and conduct high quality conversations with prospects through the phone (cold calling), email and LinkedIn Sales Nav. You will track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within their CRM system. This is a target-based role, meeting daily KPIs, and booking meetings with prospects. You will collaborate with the Account Executives and strive towards meeting team sales targets.

The ideal candidate for this role should have / be:

  • A least 1 years’ experience as an SDR/BDR
  • The ability to build strong relationships across key stakeholders
  • Passionate about solving problems through technology and software
  • Resilient and have a positive, can do, approach to work
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
