Brand new vacancy! Going live in January 2025. This is a Manchester based software start up, who received large scale investment at the end of 2024, in anticipation of serious demand for their new software solution.

They have a unique 3D visualisation solution for businesses in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Retail to exhibit their products online. This gives far greater detail, insight and clarity for any business looking to sell or market a product, online.

The VP of Sales will take responsibility for setting and executing sales strategy, in line with the growth targets. This will be a 'Player Manager' role, taking an intitial lead of sales, whilst looking to build out the existing sales team of Account Executives and Sales Development Reps. They will also take over arching responsibility across Customer Success and renewals.

There is plentiful opportunity to sell nationally and internationally, with an impressive list of existing customers with growth opportunities within them.

The role will report directly to the Founder and CEO, there will be available equity from day one (amount TBC) plus additional equity on achievement of targets.

This is a hybrid working but with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in a central Manchester office.

To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following background:

- Sales Leader in a Software or SaaS business, ideally in a start-up or scale-up situation.

- Hands on Sales Leader, able to lead deals as well as coach others.

- Experienced in building out Sales Strategy: GTM, playbooks, budgeting, forecasting, deal sheets, commission plans etc

- Will have recruited, trained, developed and mentored field and internal sales teams in a software setting

- Experience in owning multi-million pound budgets, ARR targets and reporting withing a VC led environment

- Greater Manchester based, happy to travel
