Having entered the world of construction straight from school, Alex is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do some heavy lifting when required. While it was a fruitful and rewarding time, Alex traded the boots and hard hat for a gown and mortarboard when he went to university to study law. Having worked for Hays in Dubai, Alex likes to bring a personal approach to recruitment to connect with candidates and clients on a human level and not treat it as a transactional relationship.
While not at work, he can be found discussing the intricacies of Aston Villa and motor racing in the minutia of detail to anybody who will listen.
