We are looking for people who are determined to take that next step into a business partnering role and really get ahead by joining a retail organisation based in Warwickshire who are disrupting the market, growing and prospering.

This will be a challenging role that is going to get you out of your comfort zone and allow you to bring into play a strong fundamental skillset while pushing you to build and improve on a daily basis. Every day will be a school day, but no two days will look the same and there will always be value to add and processes to improve.

Retail experience is crucial along with strong academics and having become recently fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA etc.). Not only have you got to be strong technically but the soft skills that will allow you to influence and be the face of finance are of paramount importance. A sound understanding of sales margin, costing and trade plans is key along with multi-site experience.
