As a skilled Finance Analyst, you will not only be involved with month end, forecasts and budgets but also be willing to partner with other business units to provide financial reporting, support & guidance to the local management teams, and ensuring financial controls are maintained.

The right individual will be CIMA or ACCA qualified (or in the process of becoming qualified) as well as being dynamic and intelligent but above all, be willing to learn new skills and take on new ideas.

If your ideal job will be sitting at the desk all day, then this is NOT for you. It will be expected that you will actively engage with stakeholders and be an effective business partner to allow the finance function to add value across the organization.

Experience working in automotive or manufacturing would be desirable but not a prerequisite. Salary is £38,000 and based in Warwickshire.
