Along with my friend and colleague Jon Stanley I co-founded Kigyo Solutions in 2020 with the goal of building an international recruitment business that stays true to its DNA no matter how big it gets and genuinely keeps the interests, wellness and success of its clients and candidates at the heart of everything it does.
