- SAP experience 20+ years, implementation and rollout experience 15+ years
- Strong functional and business process knowledge of OTC (Order-to-Cash) and good knowledge of PTP (Procure-to-Pay)
- Extensive functional knowledge and experience of SD (Sales and Distribution)
- Good knowledge and experience of MM (Materials Management) and LE (Logistics Execution)
- Extensive hands-on experience with OTC processes and functionalities (Quotations, Orders, Contracts, Returns, Deliveries, Billing, Rebates, Pricing, Settlement Management, Intercompany, ATP, Outputs, Interfaces, Master Data, Data Migration)
- Integration experience of SD with MM, LE, TM, EWM, FI, CO, C4C and BI
- Good technical understanding and hands-on experience in ABAP, EDI, IDocs and PI
- Knowledge and experience of S/4HANA Sales, SAP Fiori and SAP Activate
- Extensive experience in team leading, offshore delivery model and working in virtual teams (Europe, APAC, LATAM, NA)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; delivery-focused and solution-oriented
- Extensive language skills: native Finnish; fluent English, German and Swedish; basic French, Spanish and Russian
