I started my career in Technology Recruitment which then developed into a generic management role covering Recruitment, HR, Operations, Training and Events within a boutique agency. This has now led me on to my current position at Explore Group, where I focus on finding outstanding talent and nurturing them into becoming confident and strong Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Managers.
