Working for a small company on a steep growth trajectory brings many benefits…
Accelerated, personal and professional progression, exposure to the inner workings of a business, close relationships with (big, blue-chip) clients to name a few.
I am looking for UI Designer for a creative design agency based in Oxfordshire. You’re going to be working extremely closely with the senior heads of the company to help creative strategic visions.
They do way more than just logos or 1-page ads – these guys do full strategic visions from the ground up. They work with some truly ground breaking companies – and their work reflects that. Think more Clubhouse UI than MSN Messenger UI.
We‘re looking for someone who has done their time as a junior UI designer and feel as though they‘re ready to take the next step in the career. You will of course have built up a portfolio you‘re proud of and want to share – and we want to see it (so please include a link on your CV). You do not have to have UX experience, but an appreciation of it and will be used to working in collaboration with them.
We‘re not necessarily looking for someone who has done loads of traditional design work, we‘re looking for someone who is more comfortable re-imagining digital products, rather than re-purposing designs for print etc.
I‘d love to share more information on the company, their goals and the clients you‘ll be working with – as they‘re all extremely cool and I really enjoy it!
Salary wise, you will come in at 25k – 35k. This is an office-based role (obviously not at the moment), so you will need to live in a commutable distance of OX7 postcode.
We love seeing diversity in our applicants and we use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts. Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail, if you feel necessary.
