We are looking for a Production Manager to join an agency who are making real waves in the London market, despite being a sub-25 head agency!
You will understand and know all the intricacies of an event build and how to make it happen from the initial inquiry stage, to delivering on site! You are the person that brings all the hard work together and makes the concepts a reality.
Something which is really important is knowing how to do site plans (proficient use of CAD) to map entire site plans out - you will work very closely with Event Producers on this. The events can quite often be large scale so there is a lot to consider - but you'll know all this already.
Everyone at this agency has an entrepreneurial spirit and really takes ownership of the project and events they work on, so you are working with colleagues that understand the impact of timings, delivery, and client experience.
The agency-client list rivals any you will see in the event sector, working with massive household names on incredible events.
How are they doing this when they're relatively small compared to their competitors?
Well, they can create anything for their clients, and as an employee, you will learn how to problem-solve, design an entire production set, build it and manage it.
You will be supported by an experienced team, but expected to use your initiative, your passion, and your experience to take responsibility for your own projects and wow their clients.
There is a real investment in your onboarding and onward progression with the agency, the training you receive is second to none; you will very soon be one of the people involved in training new starters.
The head office is based in the center of London, so there is a very active social scene, with the (frequent) wins celebrated together often.
From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £45,000 and £65,000, with plenty of other benefits.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me - whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven't got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Naturally, every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
