Do you love data? Cleansing it, organizing it, making sure everything is where it should be?

I’m working with a group who operate in the hospitality and leisure sector. They have multiple membership systems, financial systems, accommodation systems that need maintaining and managing. This can be very complex and sometimes and needs a dedicated person to look after it.

So if you have experience working with resort suite or procure wizard, it’s going to be highly beneficial as these are the systems you will mainly be working with, although you will be dipping in and out of others.

You will work very closely with the wider finance team to ensure the databases, membership systems and customer information are maintained and upgraded when necessary. You will provide a seamless flow of information throughout the organization.

You’re going to need an appreciation of the back-end data structure, as well as the front-end accessibility for end-users as this data will be accessed across the business.

It’s a pressurised environment, so you will be expected to be able to produce high-quality work to deadlines. However, you will be trusted to manage your own workload – so working on your own initiative is really important.

Location wise, you will be spending most of your time in the head office in a newly refurbished office in Moreton-In-Marsh.

From a salary perspective, it will depend on your experience, but it will be circa £27,000. Working as part of a hospitality group has plenty of other benefits, including discounts on stays, foods and spa visits.
