Are you a Customer Service professional who thrives on working with key clients to deliver exceptional service?

I am working with a very successful, family-owned company who has seen exceptional growth over the past few years. They have an entrepreneurial spirit throughout and are hugely passionate about the products they produce. Their key values are creativity, collaboration and integrity.

This position sits on the B2B side of the business and has 7 direct reports, including 1 supervisor. The team is hugely passionate about their products and you will be as well!

You will be working with stockists and sales agents across the UK and Europe. A lot of these are huge, household name, so if you have worked with key accounts and understand the dynamic of the relationship, it will be hugely beneficial.

Not only will you be resolving complex client requirements (which can range from logistical through to system issues), you will also be providing key business insights to a range of teams, with a view to constant continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone who can really drive the department forward and continually improve the customer relationships.

There are a few prerequisites for this role; previous experience managing a B2B customer service team, excellent strategic resource planning skills and excellent people management skills.

You’ll need to be able to work in the offices based in Banbury as this is where your team will be.

You get a salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience. There is also a broad range of benefits including discount across the product range. We are lucky to have worked with this client on their growth and get consistently great feedback from the candidates we place there.
